Our designs and texts are precisely etched using LASER technology, not vinyl, ensuring they stand the test of time. Each tumbler has a lid and straw and is brand new, with the tag removed only for engraving.

For optimal durability, we recommend hand-washing your tumbler.

Please note that while we strive for consistency, there may be tiny, hardly noticeable variations between tumblers.

We accept returns only for engraving issues, provided the item is in its original condition. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for problems like misaligned lids or other manufacturing defects.
